Cara Membuat Resep Sate Taichan Senayan
The Sate Taichan Senayan recipe - the taichan satay from a few months ago is indeed becoming one of the trend of street food in Jakarta. Especially in the Senayan area.

In my opinion, this senayan taichan satay recipe is a type of chicken satay that is easy and very practical to make. Why is that, the problem is the taichan satay doesn't use peanut sauce a la satay padang, chicken satay and Madura goat which has a lot of ingredients. Usually the satay is its trademark, grilled with a smear of soy sauce and peanut sauce.
In contrast to this senayan satay taichan recipe, because satay taichan doesn't use peanut sauce and soy sauce at all. But for chicken meat marination, just use a little vegetable oil, lime juice and flavoring or chicken and beef broth powder. Stir and let stand a few moments until the spices permeate, then burn until cooked on hot coals, Teflon or happy call.

If you want a more moderate flavor, you can add 1 clove of crushed garlic and ground pepper to taste. Ingredients of Satay Seasoning:
Chicken breast 1 piece (250 grams), diced
Lime juice 2 tablespoons
Flavoring (royco flavored chicken or beef) 1 tablespoon
To taste vegetable oil
Sambal Sate Seasoning Spice:
7 pieces of cayenne pepper
15 red chilies
Tomatoes 1/4 fruit (can use 1 small tomato)
5 shallots
Garlic 4 cloves
50 milliliters of water
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar (can be replaced by brown sugar / Javanese sugar)
Ground white pepper / 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Oil to taste, used for sauteing
How to make Sate Taichan a la Abang Senayan:
The first step, diced chicken meat, then coat with lime juice water, a little vegetable oil and flavoring (chicken broth powder). Then let it sit until the spices are absorbed, for about 15 minutes.
Furthermore, the skewers of the chicken meat that has been cut into pieces with a skewer (sujen bamboo), then burn until the meat changes color and is cooked. Lift, set aside.
The Process of Making Sambal Sate Taichan Spicy:
Uleg smooth or blender all chili ingredients. Then stir-fry with cooking oil.
Saute until the chilies are completely cooked and don't smell unpleasant. If the sauce is too thick, then you can add a little more water until you get the desired thickness.

Or you can also mix the satay into the chili sauce, then serve with complete Lalaban together with chopped rice cake / rice and warm white rice.
You can add fried shallots if you like. Great!
Tips for Making Sate Taichan:
The spicy sauce can be adjusted to taste, so the use of the amount of chili can be adjusted as desired.
If there is no combustion tool, you can use a non-stick flat pan (Teflon) and happy call.
Chicken meat is different from beef, goat or seafood such as crabs and squid which may be consumed half cooked. If chicken meat must be thoroughly cooked, it should not be consumed undercooked or nearly cooked.
